Once a project is confirmed and work has commenced, the payment made is generally non-refundable. This is because resources, time, and planning are allocated immediately after project approval. We ensure that clients are fully informed and have agreed to all terms before starting any work, which reduces the possibility of cancellation or disputes.
If a client decides to cancel the project after confirmation or during the development process, no refund will be provided for the amount already paid. Marketing Whistle does not offer refunds for changes in client decisions, delays from the client’s side, or lack of communication once the project has begun.
However, in situations where Marketing Whistle is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed scope or fails to meet the commitments outlined in the proposal, a refund may be considered.
